Data Associates listened to audio files of varying length and validated the initial machine transcription of the conversation to ensure the capture of all information, including overlapping audio segments, as well as annotating specific data points needing to be captured.
Outcome
Accurate audio transcription was collected and made available for reference, review, and compliance purposes. The transcribed output was then used as ground-truth training for audio transcription machine learning models.
