Anita Ray is the Director of Human Resources at Liberty Source. Her role is to lead HR initiatives that support the organization’s core values regarding talent retention, performance management, people analytics, employee relations, and employee engagement, while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and employment laws.

Anita’s 25-year career is marked by success in enhancing organizational effectiveness across all facets of HR in financial, retail, manufacturing, and healthcare industries. Her diverse, action-oriented skill set spans a broad range of HR functions, both on-site and remote, including policy and procedures management, compensation, payroll and benefits administration, training, development, recruiting, problem-solving, data management, HRIS implementation, performance management, and employee relations.

Holding a degree in Human Resource Management from St. Leo University and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification, Anita exemplifies commitment to excellence and ongoing professional development. Her resourcefulness and proven track record have made her an essential part of our organization. She leads strategic HR initiatives that align with our goals, and she genuinely cares for the team's growth and well-being, making her a beloved leader and a trusted advocate. Jeremy serves as Vice President Finance at Liberty Source. He has 20 years' experience in corporate financial planning and analysis, business operations, accounting, and healthcare operations. He began his career at KPMG, providing audit services in the healthcare and manufacturing sectors. He then worked at Sentara Healthcare, one of the country’s largest not-for-profit integrated health systems, as a Finance Consultant and as Director of Operations. While at Sentara, Jeremy led the Durable Medical Equipment service line through the significant impacts of Medicare’s Competitive Bidding Program until the service line was acquired.

Most recently, he was Senior Manager, Finance at Cox Enterprises supporting the transformation of Cox Media’s multichannel advertising solutions and the development of Manheim Digital Marketplace at Cox Automotive.

Jeremy earned a Master of Business Administration from the Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Tech.

Serving in his current role over the past five years, Mihai oversees both the strategic direction and the operational management of Liberty Source’s IT infrastructure. With a strong focus on cybersecurity, Mihai is committed to keeping Liberty Source at the forefront of technological advancements for optimal efficiency, while employing best practices in data and physical security to ensure the safety of client and Company data.

Mihai earned his Bachelor of Information Technology degree from James Cook University in Australia, graduating with honors. After serving in the Royal Australian Air Force for 10 years as maritime aircrew, Mihai separated and moved to the United States, joining the Liberty Source team shortly thereafter.

Robert is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience managing large-scale operations, from call centers to account servicing enterprises. He has a strong background in operations management and client services with a track record of improving revenue, profitability, and performance.

Previously, he served as vice president and general manager for Asurion, a leading provider of device insurance, warranty, and support services. Robert has held leadership roles with companies such as National Electronics Warranty, Stream International, Panasonic, and QVC.

Complementing all of his commercial experience, as the son of a United States Navy captain, Robert understands and fully embraces the social mission and special culture at Liberty Source.
