Anita’s 25-year career is marked by success in enhancing organizational effectiveness across all facets of HR in financial, retail, manufacturing, and healthcare industries. Her diverse, action-oriented skill set spans a broad range of HR functions, both on-site and remote, including policy and procedures management, compensation, payroll and benefits administration, training, development, recruiting, problem-solving, data management, HRIS implementation, performance management, and employee relations.

Brenna Ivey has a breadth of experience dedicated to driving organizational growth through the power of learning and development. With a strong background in learning technology and talent/organizational development, she has demonstrated a keen ability to implement impactful L+D initiatives that drive employee growth and organizational success.

Prior to joining Liberty Source, Brenna has navigated the ranks in a dynamic career path starting as an HR intern and progressing through roles such as Organizational Development Coordinator and Learning & Development Specialist at The Port of Virginia, then becoming a Talent Management/Organizational Development Business Partner at CMA CGM North America.

Brenna earned her Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) through the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Christopher Newport University.

Gretchen is the Head of Talent Acquisition at Liberty Source and has amassed more than 20 years of experience in the field. She has demonstrated a dedicated commitment to creating a positive employer brand and positioning Liberty Source as a preeminent employer through her utilization of innovative recruiting strategies. Gretchen boasts a broad and diverse work history encompassing the telecommunications industry, where she worked for several years before discovering her true calling as a recruiter. She began her recruiter career as a headhunter in healthcare, then transitioned back into technology. Her leadership skills have been exhibited through the numerous teams she has guided, with many achieving pacesetter status within their respective companies. Her previous roles with Nextel, Verizon, Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM), and Amazon testify to her trailblazing abilities.

Prior to her current role at Liberty Source, Gretchen demonstrated her leadership and industry expertise as she led a team of IT recruiters at Amazon Advertising. Her success is due to her unwavering passion for delivering exceptional customer service to her business partners, while ensuring that each candidate has an excellent experience throughout the recruiting process. Jeremy serves as Vice President Finance at Liberty Source. He has 20 years' experience in corporate financial planning and analysis, business operations, accounting, and healthcare operations. He began his career at KPMG, providing audit services in the healthcare and manufacturing sectors. He then worked at Sentara Healthcare, one of the country’s largest not-for-profit integrated health systems, as a Finance Consultant and as Director of Operations. While at Sentara, Jeremy led the Durable Medical Equipment service line through the significant impacts of Medicare’s Competitive Bidding Program until the service line was acquired.

Most recently, he was Senior Manager, Finance at Cox Enterprises supporting the transformation of Cox Media’s multichannel advertising solutions and the development of Manheim Digital Marketplace at Cox Automotive.

Jeremy earned a Master of Business Administration from the Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Tech.

With a career spanning over three decades, Joe provides a wealth of strategic and tactical experience for Liberty Source and for our clients. A broad range of financial services assignments includes the common thread of driving revenue, increasing retention, and strengthening marketing and sales infrastructure. Not to be typecast as a banker, Joe has also applied these data-driven techniques to maximize value in the catalog merchandise, early childhood education, healthcare, and gaming/hospitality sectors. A self-admitted data geek with robust quant skills, his ability to synthesize large amounts of seemingly unrelated data into actionable insights is a unique complement to Joe’s management mojo. An emphasis on executing with speed and precision is the other key ingredient that helps him turn insights into income.

Prior to joining the Liberty Source team Joe was a principal at Warwick Consulting, LLC; Chief Marketing Officer at Sprout Mortgage; an Executive Vice President and creator of the Portfolio Defense division at American Home Mortgage, Inc.; a Senior Vice President at J.P.Morgan Chase; and a Marketing Director at J.Crew Group.

Joe’s formal training was in mathematics and chemistry at Columbia University in New York, where he was part of a team researching the use of pico-second lasers to study the mechanisms of chemical reactions (which, as everyone knows, is a prerequisite for any successful business career...)
